Intl Northair reports Mexico Assays up to 765 g/t Silver, 0.087 g/t Gold over 6.5m

International Northair Mines Ltd V.INM announced assay results from 11 drillholes at the Las Carolinas and San Gregorio Zones at its La Cigarra Silver Project in Mexico. Highlights include

83.7 grams per tonne silver, 0.026 g/t gold over 13.9 metres
195.9 g/t silver, 0.012 g/t gold over 2.9 metres
49.6 g/t silver, 0.052 g/t gold over 43.9 metres
(including 173.1 g/t silver, 0.096 g/t gold over 9.9 metres)
61.5 g/t silver, 0.034 g/t gold over 21.2 metres
229.1 g/t silver, 0.087 g/t gold over 1 metre
765 g/t silver, 0.087 g/t gold over 6.5 metres
178 g/t silver, 0.027 g/t gold over 8 metres
241 g/t silver, 0.044 g/t gold over 2.8 metres
150.9 g/t silver, 0.037 g/t gold over 24.2 metres
317.9 g/t silver, 0.05 g/t gold over 10.5 metres

President/CEO Fred Hewett commented, “We continue to be extremely pleased with the drill results from the property. The 765 g/t silver intersection from hole CC-12-135 in the San Gregorio Zone is the highest silver grade (over widths greater than 5 metres), reported to date. These results, combined with previous drilling, indicate that a high-grade silver zone is being delineated in the northern half of San Gregorio. This higher-grade zone currently has a strike of 300 metres and remains open with significant opportunity to expand with further drilling.”

La Cigarra comprises 32,064 hectares located 26 kilometres from the historic silver-mining city of Parral, Chihuahua State. Drilling at the Las Carolinas and San Gregorio Zones has defined a mineralized vein-system measuring 2.4 kilometres. An initial resource estimate is expected in 1Q 2013.

Kootenay Silver Inc V.KTN announced assay results from eight drillholes at its Promontorio Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. Highlights include

31 g/t silver, 0.67% lead, 0.66% zinc (62 g/t silver equivalent) over 47 metres
(including 48 g/t silver, 1.02% lead, 0.98% zinc (94 g/t silver equivalent) over 17 metres)
59 g/t silver, 0.74% lead, 0.76% zinc (94 g/t AgEq) over 14 metres
(including 112.9 g/t silver, 1.58% lead, 1.47% zinc (199 g/t AgEq) over 3 metres)
89 g/t silver, 1.29% lead, 1.45% zinc (152 g/t AgEq) over 5 metres
36 g/t silver, 1% lead, 0.88% zinc (80 g/t AgEq) over 6 metres
106 g/t silver, 0.32% lead, 0.27% zinc (119 g/t AgEq) over 6 metres
31 g/t silver, 0.48% lead, 0.35% zinc (50 g/t AgEq) over 9 metres
491 g/t silver, 0.69% lead, 0.79% zinc (525 g/t AgEq) over 1 metre

President/CEO James McDonald commented, “We are very pleased with results from stepout drilling. Mineralization in the Northeast Zone is widespread and continues to remain open to the north, northeast, east and south. Drillholes 125 and 122 indicate potential to the north may be better than previously known. Wide intervals of altered diatreme facies (units) with mineralized intervals encountered over drilled lengths to 380 metres again confirm the system is very large and robust.”

According to an August 21, 2012, 43-101 resource estimate, Promontorio contains 37.5 million ounces silver, 372 million pounds lead, and 436.9 million pounds zinc (61.7 million ounces silver equivalent) measured and indicated and 9.6 million ounces silver, 77.6 million pounds lead and 85.3 million pounds zinc (14.5 million ounces silver equivalent) inferred.
